Cancellation Policy
You have 48rs in which to change or cancel your appointment with no charge, this gives me enough time to full your appointment. If you cancel or change with 24hrs or less you will be charge £10 of your original appointment fee. As a sole trader I cannot afford to lose any money as it my income.
I also DO NOT remove or Infill any nails done by other nail techs. This is due to insurance purposes and not knowing what products they have used.
